The updated Property Management Certificate is now available on the Relevant Documents page.

The AP-206-3 form (Texas Application for State Tax Exemption for Homeowner’s Associations) was filed today at 12:10 PM. This required form will exempt our POA from all franchise tax charges. We expect a response from the state along with a state taxpayer id within the next 3 to 4 weeks.

A scanned copy of the form appointing an authorized agent for SEPOA, which is filed with Texas Secretary of State’s office has been uploaded.

We just updated the contact information link for TRWD (Tarrant Regional Water District). We also added a link at the bottom of the Architectural Committee page to the TRWD Sewer system permit form.

A scanned copy of the SEPOA Property Management Certificate has been uploaded to the “Relevant Documents” page. This document was filed with Navarro County on March 11, 2021.

The newest board approved version of the SEPOA Architectural Committee Approval Request form is now available on the Architectural Committee page. All forms dated before this revision are invalid.
