
All of us enjoy our “little slice of heaven” here in our country setting. However, it requires everyone to pitch in so we can continue to improve our community appearance.
To keep our community moving forward, each property owner is required to pay annual dues.

Dues Amount
SEPOA annual dues are $45 per lot owned. This is a non-negotiable amount. When compared to similar subdivisions, our dues are very affordable.
What do I get for these dues?
That’s a great question. And it’s one that all of us have asked from time to time. Right now, the truthful answer is, not much. To keep our dues as low as they are, it takes time for our funds to increase so we can pursue the improvements we’d all like to see. There are plenty of ideas in the works, but they take both finances and participation by our community members. Currently, dues cover office supplies and postal expenses to send out membership letters for annual meetings, updates and information. (Oh! and the annual cost of this new fancy, schmancy website.)
What if I have fallen behind on my dues payments?
All of us experience financial challenges from time-to-time. If you have fallen behind on your dues payments, please don’t hesitate to contact one of the board members so a payment plan can be worked out for you. We want to work with you, not against you as our focus will be to help you get current with your dues.
Payment Methods
There are two ways you can pay your dues:
1. Send a check in the amount of $45 to our mailing address:

2. POP money direct transfer into the SEPOA checking account using a debit or credit card ($2 service fee applies). To begin this process, please provide your email address to the Treasurer@sunriseestatesrclake.org with “ANNUAL DUES” in the subject field.
